Great service on New Years Eve. Trapped in Manchester when an incident closed train station. Your lovely driver, who had taken us to the Metro earlier, and was waiting for us at the station to take us home later, rang to see if we were ok and needed any assistance. Fantastic service! 😉

I had made arrangements months in advance for a private hire car -- and had done this from my home in Canada. I was glad it all worked out, and the car was exactly on time at exactly the right spot in Bolton where I'd asked for it to meet us. The driver was polite and professional and aimed to please us. Also, the car was very nice, a silver Mercedes which was in excellent shape too -- looked brand new!!
