The driver was on time & a very pleasant man very helpful . Pity all the drivers weren't the same some just sit there and let you struggle.

Lovely service but the driver cheated me with the fee because I gave him £20 and the taxi fee was £3,10 and suppose to give me £16,90 and I was given £16,50 when I checked the driver has already gone. Too bad to cheat or taken advantage of clients like that,I know different of £.40 is a small change but we have to treat ourselves with honesty because dignity is not bought with dishonesty.

I've only used a taxi this morning as I normally drive,but had two,great polite,chatty drivers,that took me into town and home again,I NEVER EVER sit in the front seat,but today I'm glad I did

Been using Metro Taxi's for a number of year's now and they have always been good for service. The operator's are polite and with in reason due to traffic given the time off day you call, their driver's don't take long to arrive. Every driver I've had has been polite and friendly, all in all Metro Taxi's has given me no reason to choose another service.

Never had a problem with Metro. I use the app, very easy to use. Once booking accepted you can track your taxi & you know how long your taxi will be. Drivers always pleasant and chatty. Keep up the good work Metro👍🏻
