TUI Holiday Store

Thank you to Cleo for all her time and knowledge in finding me and my wife the perfect holiday, she was extremely friendly, wasn't pushy in making us book being honest with her recommendations. First time booking in shop but we will definitely be back to see her for our next getaway!

Visited the store on Sunday to book a family holiday for the school holidays, we were very back and forth about which hotel to choose but our travel advisor Karen was very knowledgeable about the hotels and area so we felt confident in our decision. All the staff in the store were very friendly and helpful and Karen even entertained my little boy when he started to get restless. Can’t wait to go!

First of all, all the staff at TUI Bolton are so friendly and approachable, a warm welcome is always given when entering the store. Special appreciation to Cleo, myself and my partner have booked twice through Cleo now, with both times of us having no idea on where to go, but every time she gave us the perfect holiday! From start to finish, she listened to everything we wanted and made us feel very comfortable in the store, even went and made us fresh brews! We was in for a good hour and a half having a good chat showing pictures from the last holiday and just going out her way to find us our perfect holiday. What a wonderful woman she is and a credit to the store! Will definitely be booking through TUI again.

The staff in this store are all brilliant and friendly. I sat down with Amy to book my holiday and she did an amazing job finding me a brilliant hotel in a fantastic location for my budget. She gave me amazing advice and guided me through all options. Brilliant service would definitely come back and book with her again.
