Vets4Pets - Bolton Central

I am a new customer this year and have made several visits to Vets4Pets Bolton (situated in Pets at Home). The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, the Vets are knowledgeable and efficient. My overall experience has always been positive and i feel like my pets are the main priority and not the cost which can’t be said for other practices. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to others based on my personal experiences.

Everything was explained fully by vet Laura and I was not rushed in anyway. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional. Laura helped me a few weeks before when I had to euthanise another dog. I was heart broken but Laura reassured me that I had done the right thing. The whole practice is very efficient and staff show how much they care for our pets.

Been going here for past 3 months due to acquiring a new member to the family. The staff are excellent and always ready to help. We are new pet owners so this is all new to us but the staff here have been with us every step. We are happy we chose this place for our bundle of joy.

Easy to book appointments and the vet was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. She treated my cats with care and gave me some advice on something I was worried about. She even talked about her own pets which was lovely to hear.
