Madeline and the team at the Mills yoga studio are amazing. I've been visiting for the past 5 months and have nothing bad to say. very impressed

Fantastic studio for both heated and non-heated yoga and Pilates classes. The welcome is equally warm to new students and those familiar with yoga practices. The studio is always clean, tidy and well presented. The teachers are friendly and very supportive of students of all levels and abilities. I love coming to this studio and sharing my self care with other like-minded students and teachers. If you’re considering it, try a class :) you won’t regret it

Been going to the studio for a few weeks now and I’m really enjoying it! The classes are brilliant and the instructors especially Rebecca are fantastic and really good at adapting movements to suit everyone’s abilities.

Oh my good gosh. I just went to a shocking class not far from here and tell you what, I've never appreciated Mill Studios more. Professional staff who are calming, QUIET, heated studios, dull lighting, emotionally empathetic and aware atmosphere - BEAUTIFUL yogic poses and breathing. You cannot find better in this area, this is my gem !! Please don't change.

Beautiful space and energy. Really warm and friendly welcome with authentic, high quality teaching. I have heard great things across the whole timetable; however, from my personal experience, a specific note of gratitude to Victoria. Such open and sensitive teaching that encourages both 'challenge' and 'listening truthfully and kindly to your own body' in equal measure, and holds the space skillfully and compassionately to work within your own boundaries without judgement.
