I bought a hypnos bed from snug. the staff at snug were very helpful when i was choosing a bed and talked me through the different options and the pros and cons. when there was an issue with the delivery the snug stuff sorted that out for me promptly. i have been very impressed with the service and am delighted with the bed.
I recently ordered some pillows from them, there was a slight issue with delivery but snug did everything possible to make sure we got them delivered. amazing customer service and love the pillows. thanks!
