I bought a Hypnos bed from Snug. The staff at Snug were very helpful when I was choosing a bed and talked me through the different options and the pros and cons. When there was an issue with the delivery the Snug stuff sorted that out for me promptly. I have been very impressed with the service and am delighted with the bed.

I recently ordered some pillows from them, there was a slight issue with delivery but Snug did everything possible to make sure we got them delivered. Amazing customer service and love the pillows. Thanks!
