Having met Clare from Hiclass my accounts/bookkeeping has changed drastically. I have always been a paperwork person and have kept every receipt and printed all invoices out. Having changed to Hiclass from my previous accountant Clare has brought me into the digital age and I now keep everything on the FreeAgent accounting app and website. Clare guided me through what I needed to do and its made things so much smoother and the new system is a massive time saver too. There have been other questions and advice Hiclass has given and actually saved me roughly 22% on my tax last year. I know people need reviews to help their business along but this has been the easiest ever written. Super work, great company and 100% recommended.

Clare has been absolutely brilliant. Not only does she make my life so easy when it comes to accounting, she and her company are so helpful, patient and professional. I’ve been set up for the new way of accounting, all digitally. I would not have been able to do this without a lot of guidance, and help. Clare, what can we say. We will forever be grateful for your support. We approached Clare as we were completely stuck. Our first accounts filing for our sons trust. As bereaved parents, our trust is our way to continue parenting our son and accounts are NOT our strong point. We do what we do to support other bereaved families, baby/child loss charities and to raise awareness of ANE. Accounts are a scary part but Clare supported us and took this completely off our hands. Clare Green has been fantastic and patient when she started to help our Charity. She is not only a professional in her trade, but she also treats you like a human, and not just as a client. I learned a lot on how to manage the financial side of our Charity's Bookshop because of Clare (still open for improvement at my end, naturally), and I even received some free advice on a private matter. How nice is that!? I hope she will stay on as "our accountant" for quite a while yet, as she is excellent in what she is doing. A 100 out of 10! Five stars is not enough.
