Great shop, bought Trek bike via cycle scheme, Michael was helpful and knowledgeable and it was all arranged in a week. Bike collected on time and very happy with it.

I went into cycleworks today specifically to try knee pads out for size and they had plenty of sizes in stock to actually be able to get a good fit. It was also brilliant to see they actually stock womens MTB clothing, as well as a larger range of mens. Michael couldn't have been more helpful. I will definitely be returning.

I went in for a bike fit with Jamie and was so happy with the results. He was very thorough and I felt so much more comfortable, even though the tweaks were minor. The service doesn’t stop there and I will be arranging a follow up. I would definitely recommend this, even if you think you’re bike is configured well. The chances are it isn’t!
