Went into shop today Saturday 11th march 2023, bought various things for (Mercedes bike) spoke to a guy who was very helpful, very polite, knowledgeable beyond help…… Big thank you will be in soon. Brilliant customer care.

Good hard working dudes. They replaced my inner tube on my bike and are very nice people. They're my GO-TO whenever I have a bike problem.

Chris took my bike and tested it as had issues, replaced several bits, and tightened up a few things, returned within 24 hours, and at a bloody good price too.

Brilliant service. Popped in with a small problem with my bike, 5 mins and £5 later it was sorted. Money well spent with the professionals.
