Good advice on whether to go tubeless or not and which tyre to choose. thereafter excellent service as always.

Paulo & daniel have an excellent range of bike knowledge and practical advice to assist in customer decision-making. no hard sell, and try before you buy, with a relaxed, helpful ethos renovatio bikes is an excellent cycle shop. i am looking forward to collecting and using my new e bike. my wife has chosen to service her e bike here on the strength of the customer service.

Went in for a service today and honestly top notch! fully serviced, replaced parts that needed it and washed my bike all for an incredibly reasonable price. good price, excellent service and always a pleasure to talk to. any questions you may have they will try to help as best as they can. i will be recommending and using them again. thank you. 😊

Paul & team are great! i took my merida bike into them on monday evening for a service/saftey check ahead of the ride london event on sunday, they completed a full service and clean and i collected the bike on wedneday. they had alot of bikes to service but the turnaround time was super quick and efficient! my bike has never been so clean, unbelievable service, highly recommend! i will be returning in the future - thanks again paul & team

I'm always keen on providing reviews, bad or good. i have been getting my bike serviced regularly with this company after trying many others over the years. the service that they provide is the best that i have experienced. when i collected my bike this timei thought that they had given me a new bike. i don't get a chance to clean it, but they did. i just wished that i had paid more attention when i collected it. it was like a new bike! their prices are very reasonable even when they found little that needed doing. very attentive and friendly staff.

I would just like to say thank you to paulo for the brilliant and professional service provided when i twice in the last few months have taken my electric 3-wheeled bike in for unrelated repairs. the first time was due to rear brake problems. it's an unusual rear double brake set up but he managed to fix it and improved the factory set up. on collection, after paying a very reasonable price he gave the tricycle a quick once over, adjusting various cables and improving seating position, all at no extra cost. the second time i brought the tricycle in was due to headstock issues and this time i turned up unannounced. as i expected having to leave the tricycle there for a few days whilst being repaired i had arranged for my wife to collect me. however, on arriving, paulo put to one side what he was doing and within 15 minutes he had managed to repair the bike. he refused to take any payment for the labour and gave me advice on how to fix the headstock problem myself if it ever happened again. he even even gave me a couple of cable ties to secure some lose cables he'd spotted. needless to say i was very grateful and pleased with the service provided and the fact i could ride the tricycle home the same day. i rate renovatio bikes very highly and i will definitely go back to there in the future. rafael b
