Nice restaurant in the Bournemouth Hilton. Very few customers so little atmosphere. Well cooked and interesting food but some menu items not available. Big challenges booking here and also getting a booking for the skybar - telephone issues, website issues, dead links. Shame because it's a great restaurant with good food but it would appear that people can't easily make bookings. Someone needs to sort this.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, lovely design and layout. However it felt a little chilly and there’s no music which is what it’s missing. The food was lovely and service polite and quick. Drinks extremely pricey!
