I had the classic accident carrying my bike on top of the car, completely forgetting it was there when I popped into the supermarket to do some shopping! Oh dear, too late! Crash, crinkle, crunch! Bike, roof rack, bike rack a write off and whilst my Volvo was not damaged mechanically it suffered plenty of dents and several holes in the roof and under the tops of the doors from the roof rack being wrenched away from the bodywork. The only people I knew to call were PTP Body Repairs in Bournemouth. I had used them a few years back and hoped they’d come to my rescue again. Have to say they didn’t disappoint! Collected my Volvo yesterday and it looks good as new; you would never have thought it had been in any collision whatsoever with a height barrier or otherwise! The guys at PTP are brilliant, taking pride in doing an excellent, job and seeing the smiles on the faces of happy customers like myself. Courteous, reassuring and thorough professionalism are the hallmark of this company. They carry out repairs to the highest standard for a very fair price. I simply cannot recommend PTP enough! I sure hope I don’t see them again any time soon, but if I do find myself in another scrape with my car they will be the first guys I will come to!

Could not recommend this company enough.The customer service was outstanding start to finish as they really went above and beyond. The body works done to such a standard you wouldn’t be able to tell there was damage to my car. Would also like to give a massive praise to staff for how consistently friendly and helpful they were.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at PTP, their quote was cheaper than any other body repair company i went to and i couldn't have asked for a better result! There was a slight issue with the time it was going to take to finish the job due to short staffing, they needed to keep the car in an extra day, i explained to them that i needed my car the following day and cannot leave it over there any longer. To accommodate this they brought in a previous worker of theirs (Ben) to work after hours and ensure the job was done in time for when i needed it, polite and friendly customer service.
