Very poor service. phone unlocking service used but broke the back of my phone because they didn't know how to open it. they said they would replace the back within 7-10 days but, as yet , have failed to do so. update - phone shop contacted me with a replacement back. phone is now repaired. it just took a long time. shop honoured it's promise.
