Very poor service. Phone unlocking service used but broke the back of my phone because they didn't know how to open it. They said they would replace the back within 7-10 days but, as yet , have failed to do so. Update - phone shop contacted me with a replacement back. Phone is now repaired. It just took a long time. Shop honoured it's promise.
