Jim visited our home to sweep 4 chimneys as I thought it may help with damp issues. (We are first time buyers and not the most knowledgeable on home maintenance). Jim was very honest in telling us we did not need them swept as had been done by previous owners and did not charge a call out fee. Very honest guy and if we did need would have been happy to pay for service!! If any friends and family need in future will be sure to reccomend!
