I love this river island shop. It's big and has lots of nice things for everyone. They also often have sales and even after sales they have a small.section with discounted items so it's a good place to buy clothes if you like RI.
Has many things and it is clean
Service with the staff was dreadful... Higher management need to train staff much better..
They don't let me to exchange the shoes that was too big for me, just because it was purchased online.Even though I showed them the email, they still let me go online to complete the return and reorder again.
I'm really happy with the experience here. The atmosphere is very cool and the staff are friendly
