Since the great and patient help I received ( as an older technophobe) in resolving the initial reconnection problems with my old Ipad with Apple , I have received good advice whenever needed. i have been impressed by the professional handling of my own and other customers issues when I have been in the shop. Would definitely recommend using their services.

The engineer was amazing, he diagnosed the issue quickly, kept in constant contact and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend his services and if any issues in the future (hopefully not) i will be using him again. Thanks again

Excellent service! My new laptop crashed exactly three years after the old one. I had a very good experience then so I brought my new laptop straight to the shop and within a few days it was up and running again. I was also advised on other steps I could take to keep the computer running quickly and given time to look into those options myself too so no pressure. I've decided to take the laptop back to have an SSD drive added as suggested as I have some very large files on the laptop and more that I'm working on, but I was just as happy with the service this time as I was previously. Highly recommend!
