Brilliant service, couldn't have asked for more! Pete helped diagnose the issue on gaming pc, sort the parts and fix everything and got it back to me how it should be within a great time frame and price, very highly recommend and will recommend to future friends and family!

Great, friendly service. My laptop completely packed up, the screen wouldn't come on. Firstly went to Currys who were useless, unable to fix it, did a data recovery but didn't get half of the documents I needed. Took it to Peter who found out the issue on the same day as I dropped it in, he ordered a replacement part and it was fixed as soon as that arrived less than a week later. Would highly recommend!

Had computer problems and Steve did a home visit. Within a short space of time he found the problem. His price for call out and repairs was very good. I would recommend him anytime

Needed my 2017 MacBook Pro restoring as it was stuck in recovery mode and wouldn’t boot the macOS on its own. Pete was a great help and installed the latest version of the software that was appropriate to the model. Great service and price!

After a serious "security incident" my bank asked me to have my laptop professionally cleaned and certified as such before internet banking could be resumed. The bank gave me the number of Bournemouth Computers. My laptop has now been " cleaned" without the loss of any of my data. The whole process was carried out by Pete who not only did the work but gave good advice and followed up with a call to check all was well. At his suggestion the elderly disc drive was replaced with an SSD. So now I have a fast and clean laptop. All completed expertly, quickly and at what I consider to be a fair price. I can highly recommend this company.
