Steve is my new go to ‘IT guy’! My MacBook Air took its last breath on Friday morning, Apple Store couldn’t revive it without wanting to change the motherboard and I really needed all the data off my dead mac urgently. Steve came recommended and I’m not surprised. He booked me in for a SUNDAY the day after I messaged and managed to transfer all my files, documents, photos, tabs etc in under 2 hours from a dead mac to my new one. Legend!

Steve was very helpful with fixing my broken work laptop. Took the time to investigate the issue to quote me accurately. Got the job done quickly whilst maintaining communication throughout the process and baring in mind I needed it back for work. Would recommend, thank you!

I took my daughters laptop with a broken screen to THE IT GUY the service was amazing. He got it in quick, parts were quick and all back and fixed under a week. Steve has been amazing. I dropped my Autistic son at Uni, to hear his beloved PC was no longer working (after I'd driven the 100 miles home!). I contacted Steve who was great from the first call. Steve went out of his way to help; communication was easy and all costs were transparent, it made what could have been a very difficult situation stress free. My son, who can struggle with new people, felt really comfortable with Steve and he now has a working PC in a super speedy timeframe. Excellent service.
