Cleaned my puffer jacket which had many stains on it. Good as new. Metal zipper has matte coating chipped off - I’m not too bothered about this myself but in case there’s others who do mind, it might be worthwhile putting clothing with nice zippers into some sort of fabric bag whilst in the washing machine to protect it from scratching and being worn by the drum. Will definitely be back with this coat when it gets grubby again, top service! Thankyou

I have been using this dry cleaners for 25 years when they were originally in Bournemouth and wouldn’t use anyone else. The quality of the cleaning is excellent and customer service exceptional!

Brought in a beige puffer coat (not down) as I had no clue how to wash it (expensive and didn’t want to accidentally ruin it at home). Had coffee, makeup and other stains on it. Customer service was lovely, very welcoming and helpful staff. Received my coat back today in a splendid and cleaner condition - basically looks new again, wrapped with a protective plastic sleeve and a metal clothes hanger. Very positive experience and will definitely be back when this coat, or others, get dirty and I’m not sure as to whether I can get it quality cleaned myself.

Parking outside the shop. Took several duvets in to be cleaned ( polyester and feather). Advised it could take up to a week . I asked if they could clean them quicker and I was told they would try but a machine was being repaired. I was very pleased when 48 hrs later all 5 duvets were ready and given back in a breathable storage bag! Excellent service. Very pleased with cleaning. I will use you again!
