I would 100% recommend Coles Miller to anyone purchasing a home - specifically Roger Leedham. Our purchase was not easy due to lots of issues from the other party but Roger dealt with everything and was always so on it. Communication was always clear and responsive. Overall i dont think our purchase would have gone through had we used another solicitor, Roger worked wonders and did everything he could to get us in.
