OUTSTANDING… If you are like me and felt out of your depths with solicitor jargon, then look no further than this company. I have been trying to move house for many years and although I originally was at Poole branch, I was moved across to Bournemouth due to maternity leave. Now to start with I was annoyed with this BUT and it’s a huge but. I was placed with THE most efficient friendly woman AMANDA WATTS … she has worked endlessly even after her closing hours..she’s emailed me back even late at night and she has always kept me informed every step of the way. She truly is one in a million.

I can’t put into words what this company did for me - especially carol Maunders Just over 4 years ago carol took on a medical negligence claim for me after an operation went wrong and left me with long term injuries . The process was very stressful but Carol always believed in me and gave me reassurance every step of the way . She was always on the other end of the phone and I never had to wait for her to respond to any of my emails or calls . Unfortunately Carol retired just a couple of months before the claim settled and Michael Kingman took over my case - I was a bit nervous at first as I had carol for the last 4 years but I didn’t need to worry Michael was also very professional and met all expectations.
