The Dorset Chef

Mark has created an incredible environment for us to enjoy in Bridport. He has gone above and beyond tailoring to my gluten and lactose intolerance. His beef roast paired with vegetables sourced from our garden has been beyond impeccable. Best roast I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Mark has been a superb chef during our stay in Dorset. He provided lots of delicious food using local produce and was very accomodating to all dietary requirements - creating some delicious vegan meals for myself (including the best pizza and bbq salads!). Thank you Mark!

Nothing but admiration for Mark! He’s so accommodating and is so passionate about what he does and it really shows in his food. He’s the most fantastic chef and would recommend him to anybody!!!!
