From our first meeting with martyn charlwood in their offices, to the completed transfer of our pensions and other investments, the service has been professional. the initial review was easy to understand. communications from both jon and andrew have been very quick and precise. the online platform to view the investments is very easy to navigate. based on our experience so far, we have no hesitation in recommending charlwood ifa – indeed we already have done so.

I shopped around looking for someone to look after my investment as like most the returns haven't been anything of note over a sustained period. whilst it's early days i've been impressed by the performance, and the communication from the knowledgeable and friendly people at charlwood.

We wanted to consolidate our various investments into one 'pot' and were attracted to charlwood after a brief scan of the ifa's in our area, as they are a 'discretionary' ifa. after outlining our aims and detailing our investment portfolio via email we received a report explaining options for us. we had a face to face meeting with jon tuck at the westbourne office at which he explained things in more detail. we signed the paperwork and that was it. very simple. we look forward to having a local company look after our investments. the staff are responsive and polite. it is good to make a call without having to select endless 'options' and be kept on hold.
