From our first meeting with Martyn Charlwood in their offices, to the completed transfer of our pensions and other investments, the service has been professional. The initial review was easy to understand. Communications from both Jon and Andrew have been very quick and precise. The online platform to view the investments is very easy to navigate. We wanted to consolidate our various investments into one 'pot' and were attracted to Charlwood after a brief scan of the IFA's in our area, as they are a 'discretionary' IFA. After outlining our aims and detailing our investment portfolio via email we received a report explaining options for us.
