Telling you that Sam and the whole team at Futures Financial are great at what they do just doesn’t do them enough justice at all. From the moment I first spoke with Sam, and way beyond completion, the level of service has been exceptional. No question ever felt too small or daft (I’ve a feeling a few were! Lol) and he was happy to explain the minutiae of every step, making me feel comfortable with the process but also helping me to gain confidence with it too! My personal situation was not an easy one by any stretch and Sam remained open throughout the process with me about this. However, being the absolute star he is, he absolutely crushed it!! I didn’t just feel like “another client”, I could feel that he was just as committed to a positive outcome as I was, and celebrated in our success! There was never a need for me to chase him or ask how things were going as he was constantly one step ahead of everything and me!
