3f Gains - Best gym going in the area. Staff are friendly and outgoing and are more then pleased to help out with anything. The anabolic kitchen does the most delicious food. Everything from the equipment to the music is top tier and is fit for everyone. 10/10 would recommend.

3f gains Moving from my home town to uni finding a gym was one of my top priorities, I tried probably two before I tried 3F and i immediately knew it was the one! ALL of the staff are really friendly, they greet you as you come in and make you feel welcome. The gym vibes - people at the gym and the the atmosphere is unmatched i definitely prefer 3F to my home town gym and any other gyms I’ve ever been to, coming back home from uni makes me miss it the most! Equipment is top tier really good quality. Affordable and inclusive gym all round just great. Also the gyms social media presence definitely helps with the environment they’ve created it’s like a gym family 🥹

One of the most impressive aspects of Chef Tank's cooking is his ability to turn simple, wholesome ingredients into culinary masterpieces. He takes the concept of healthy food to a whole new level, proving that nutritious eating doesn't have to be bland or boring. Each dish bursts with flavor, and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite. Not only does Chef Tank pay attention to taste, but he also takes great care in presentation. Every plate that comes out of his kitchen is a work of art, appealing to both the eyes and the palate. Amazing muay Thai classes with Jr, amazing work out and beasts your body. Gym equipment is good and never ran into a problem of waiting for a machine. Owners are super friendly and helpful as for all the staff there. Main attention though is of course Rocky 🐶. Great gym it's like a hidden gem
