Amazing gym! The team are so friendly, supportive and helpful. It's always welcoming with friendly staff, and it is well-maintained with a great community of people and staff helping bring the gym all together. I've been going to The Gym for just over a month now and it's been a great experience so far. The gym itself is clean and well-maintained, with a good amount of equipment to choose from and it's great value for money. I can quickly check how busy the gym is on the app before heading there, which is handy as I prefer avoiding the busiest times. Last week, I started training with Owen, and he's been an amazing PT so far. He took the time to get to know me and my fitness goals. His workouts are challenging but doable, and he always makes sure to correct my form and technique to prevent injury. He doesn't just give me a generic workout plan, instead, he tailors each session to my needs and abilities, adjusting accordingly. I heard great things about the classes too from friends who regular attend. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a welcoming workout environment.

Great gym , with loads of equipment, but gets very busy, so I have to go in real early, no parking after 9am ( unless you pay , very loud music, too loud to listen to your own music. The worst thing is most people leave there weights on the machines and it can be a right mess

I joined The Gym Group a month ago, and I am enjoying this experience so far. The staff are very friendly, and the environment is very clean. There are lots of different classes at different times, and the instructors always help you achieve your own full potential. I have been working with Tom; he is very professional, and he keeps me focused on tasks. He always motivates me to keep going when I am about to give up.
