Been working for company for 4 months. I have been made to feel welcome and supported, it is a very open office. On going structured training and weekly catch ups with manager really help me to fit into my role. Would recommend this employer to anyone wanting to work within the health and social care industry. I would say you have to put in your best effort and be dedicated to what you're doing but this is the case with all care jobs.

I was working at Care Service 24 this year before moving away to start uni as a mature student. I had a wonderful experience working there from start to finish. I received comprehensive training from the team there and had a really fulfilling experience working in a variety of nursing and care homes taking care of some lovely clients with varying care needs. My Manager had a great management style and made me feel like part of a team and listened to. There was great communication between the care staff and the office. If your reading this as a prospective employee then I can wholeheartedly recommend you apply. Thank you so much for the opportunity to have worked there. I would highly recommend Care Service 24 as a place to work and if you are looking for a care agency to hire to provide support to one of your loved ones, then the team at Care Service 24 will take great care of you. I have worked here for nearly 6 months. The company is a stable company, with cautious ambition and expansion. There is a supportive and calm working environment with an open door policy in the office and all managers being approachable and friendly. There is a strong ethos on staff development and promotion with training both internal and accredited external trainings encouraged and supported. I love working here and look forward to furthering my career within the company. Edit: I left the company after nearly two years and would like to say I still hold it in high regard. This company is a good care company with good ethics.

Very compassionate, caring and professional approach from the staff. People are seen as people, rather than a number/problem as seems to be the case with the NHS and Social Services at the moment. I would recommend this company for a person-centred caring service.
