Our visit was to try and match tiles after some building work had damaged an area of our kitchen. We were served by Hannah and Gabriel who could not have been more helpful. They found a perfect match and ensured we left with everything we would need. I would not hesitate to use Hannah and Gabriel's expertise again.

Excellent customer service at the Bournemouth site. Hannah was really helpful with tiles/grout choice and loading into the car. Gabi was helpful in the after care. Thanks to the manager to in terms of a refund for items which were just over the 30days. Highly recommend for tiles at a discounted price!
