Best Western Plus The Connaught Hotel and Spa

Myself and my Partner stayed here for 2 wonderful nights. The hotel is absolute beautiful the rooms are absolutely beautiful. The staff are very accommodating and so polite, they make you feel so welcome. And the 3 course meal we had with wine, was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be coning back and telling friends and family about it too

Sadly only a quick visit this time but we will definitely be back. A lovely hotel with lots of character and great staff. We had a brilliant breakfast with fresh porridge and veggie options. Fast efficient service and relaxing atmosphere. Great location to walk into the town or the beaches. Definitely a 5 ***** hotel.

Enjoyed the convenience of being a short drive from Poole Harbour with the facilities on offer near to the hotel. A warm welcome and great staff. Highly recommend the restaurant food as I was surprized at the quality and taste. The pool looked good, sadly did not have time to use it. Apears there is a steam room, which is not mentioned when they say that the sauna is under repair. I would be happy with this alternative. Would definitely stay again, hopefully for longer next time.

The rooms need some TLC, the curtain rail was broken in one room, the divan base of a bed and bulb in a lamp was broken in another room, however the staff were fantastic and super friendly and went out of their way to help us. It was fine as a place to stay overnight. We didn't have the best night of sleep due to the bed (to be fair we'd just moved rooms due to the curtain issue and didn't tell the staff about the bed or the lamp because it was late - we'd been out and just wanted to sleep). We had breakfast the following morning which was lovely and service was brilliant and we used the spa which was exactly as expected.
