I attended adam's hpd course and can safely say that it was one of the most life changing experiences. personally i learned so much about myself and my own emotions and patterns of behaviour which has helped me so much to make sense of my past experiences and to find peace and growth. in a professional capacity, adam has taught me how to apply this expert knowledge and hypnotherapy and nlp techniques to help enable others to work through difficulties that they may be having in life from fears and phobias, anxiety, weight management, smoking cessation and chronic pain management to name a few. i am now running a successful hypnotherapy business and also work within the nhs providing hypnotherapy for cancer patients also. i cannot recommend adam enough, he is highly knowledgeable within his field, prides himself on using techniques based on sound evidence and is just a wonderful, compassionate, easy to talk to person. as a therapist or teacher, look no further!
