Mi Ya Bournemouth

Great food here, service is good. Portions are fairly large in terms of sushi even if it looks expensive. Had to pay by bank transfer as card machine down due to wifi so that's not ideal for a restaurant full but still a favourite place to have sushi and sashimi.

We booked it few days in advance and when arrived they said we have two and a half hours for our meal. They also reminded us about the time while we were still eating. This was very annoying and spoiled the experience as they didn’t mention anything when we did our booking. Overall the food was delicious, nicely presented.

What an absolutely astounding meal. The food is delicious and beautiful to look at. The restaurant is attractively decorated and the staff are friendly and professional. They are happy to cater for my dietary requirements and there is vegan and vegetarian choices. The price of our meal was very reasonable. I actually don't have any criticisms.

Lovely, friendly place. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Would definitely go back. Head chef/owner took the time to thank everyone as they left and invite them back, which was a nice and genuine gesture.

Super delicious food. Nice atmosphere and we'll be happy to go back. Chicken Teriyaki was the star. Cold Sake was recommended by the waiter and it was great choice
