I bought my engagement ring from them in december from simon and the customer service was fantastic with them having it sized the same day for me. we went back there to get our wedding rings as we were so impressed. this time we dealt with laura. mine was made and my partners was second hand but resized. on collecting the rings, laura noticed an issue with my engagement ring (i hadn’t noticed) which ended up being their fault but she couldn’t have done more to make it right. i left my ring with her and it was all sorted in around a week. customer service is brilliant and on the off chance i can get my partner to buy me some more jewellery, we will be back. highly recommend them.

The staff were friendly and really knew what they were talking about. their advice was excellent and i feel they went above and beyond what i would have expected to ensure my shopping experience was first class. the new ring sizing and re-rhodium of an existing ring was done really quickly and to an excellent standard. i would totally recommend a visit to this shop. don't miss out on this wonderful experience if you are looking to buy some jewellery.

What a great and amazing efficient service! my wedding ring became impossible to remove apart from an amputation of the finger but not necessary as the boss sliced through the ring, found that it required four size larger, said go for a coffee. twenty minutes later all sorted and a removable ring in place. well recommended!!
