The Staff here were so welcoming smiley totally friendly and upmost professional. After 57 years my wife lost her wedding ring swimming in the sea at Bournemouth. We popped in to see if they had a design my wife liked and was greeted by Blanche who was absolutely brilliant at answering all our questions and providing valuable advice on ring width, yellow or white gold, how many carats and especially the design pattern with satin finish. As it was a custom fit we will pick it up in the not to distant future. Hopefully, this one won't get lost when she's swimming!

Had a great experience picking an engagement ring for my Fiancé, Leah was helpful from the start, giving really useful advice to a well intentioned but clueless buyer. She walked me through the different types and helped me find a ring that My Fiancé and myself are both going to treasure for the rest of our lives. She then held a really useful session for the both of us with information on how to look after the rings and helped ensure the sizing was right. Me and my fiancé recently got engaged (yay!) He bought me my dream ring, it's sooo stunning and sparkly and absolutely perfect 😍 we went into the Bournemouth store today for our 'Customer Fit' appointment where they congratulated us and told me more about the ring, answering any questions I had. All the ladies we saw - Iuliana, Emma, and Leah were sooo kind and friendly and made me feel really special. I even got a glass of Mimosa to celebrate and my fiancé had a coffee. It was a really wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Ernest Jones. 😀❤️💍
