Some of the BEST customer experience (remotely) I have ever had. After seeing a dream watch on the website and making a call, Zara and Kirsty were so quick to help an answer any questions. Being over half the country away made is difficult to see the watch in person, but within an hour i had multiple pictures of the watch sent to me so I could see its condition etc. The watch then arrived the following day after transferring the funds, as mentioned, one of the easiest and best purchases online. Will be returning for sure, and hopefully making the trip to visit in the future! Thanks again guys, incredible service :)

My husband and I got our engagement and weddings rings from Michael Matthews Jewellery in Bournemouth. We regularly visited them while choosing our rings and for jewellery cleans leading up to the wedding day, amongst other general jewellery enquiries we've had. I have now brought 3 watches from Michael Matthew’s and what can I say. Matt’s & Anthony’s attention to detail and commercial sense have been invaluable in making decisions. Their welcoming family feel approach to selling pieces of time is so refreshing in a world that has become obsessed with things that I just don’t feel are that important to a prospective purchaser with the right frame of mind. Kudos to Michael Matthew’s. I probably won’t ever need to venture outside of their prodigious knowledge or stock holding again. Well done chaps a real class act. Customer for life.
