I asked alex to come and change a few locks on my new property. he kept me updated, arrived on time, and explained the pros & cons of the options available to me. the replacement was completed whilst i was working from home, and i had complete trust in alex. locks look and feel great. highly recommend this independent locksmith - i'll be straight back on the phone to him next time i need one.

Alex replaced the lock mechanism on our upc door within 1 day of contacting him quickly and efficiently. he was personally reccommended to us by boyland windows and it was a good choice!

Alex arrived at the appointed time to give an estimate and advice. no hard sell, just facts. on the day of fitting again arrived on time. a clean and professional job and cleared up after himself. he waited while we changed the code and ensured we knew what we were doing to lock and unlock the safe. i would highly recommend alex and his company. he can also provide a service for locks etc. again, no hard sell. thank you alex.
