I asked Alex to come and change a few locks on my new property. He kept me updated, arrived on time, and explained the pros & cons of the options available to me. The replacement was completed whilst I was working from home, and I had complete trust in Alex. Locks look and feel great. Highly recommend this independent locksmith - I'll be straight back on the phone to him next time I need one.

Alex replaced the lock mechanism on our UPC door within 1 day of contacting him quickly and efficiently. He was personally reccommended to us by Boyland Windows and it was a good choice!

Alex arrived at the appointed time to give an estimate and advice. No hard sell, just facts. On the day of fitting again arrived on time. A clean and professional job and cleared up after himself. He waited while we changed the code and ensured we knew what we were doing to lock and unlock the safe. I would highly recommend Alex and his company.
