After the absolute mess with timpsons... Thank f@ck tom was able to help... He really knows what he's doing when it come to car keys!! Knew the spare keys I brought wouldn't work... Soldering the bottom back on easy ... paid £40 for both keys fixed and Timpson's wanted £66 for one... Coming here again no questions asked!!! Two VERY WORKING keys!! 5*

Tom fitted deadlocks to the side and rear doors of my van. Finish was perfectly neat and tidy, good quality locks and keys used etc. Everything about the service was really professional, the website was well made and had pictures showing you exactly what you were getting so I filled out a contact form on the website and received a call back. I was given a quote which I was happy with and it was booked in for a few days later. I turned up a bit early but he started straight away and had it done in just over an hour. The workshop was lovely, workmanship was top notch and Tom was a thoroughly nice chap. Thanks

I had a broken key to my car, which meant I was unable to lock it remotely. Having not been able to deal with it straight away, my car immobilised itself on my drive before I could sort the problem! The key was completely unusable, as was the car. I called Tom after getting a recommendation. Having explained the situation, he quickly knew what to do, ordered me a new key and came to my house when it was delivered to re code it and then disable the immobiliser. So good to have such a local service available. Tom was exceptionally polite and super professional. I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending him for anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. I did call the main dealer twice before calling Tom to try and resolve the issue, no one was available and no one bothered to call me back on both occasions. Very poor from them, excellent from Tom. Thanks for all your help Tom, you dont realise how much you rely on your car until you cant use it :-)

Brilliant work by Tom fitting locks to my van. Talked me through the process before the work was done. The final result is great. Highly professional and would recommend to anyone looking for an auto locksmith.
