Dreams Bournemouth

Visited Dreams today, where we purchased a new double mattress. Our sales assistant Siobhan was extremely helpful, we had a very friendly greeting offering us coffee, tea or water. Siobhan was very patient as we tried lots of mattress and gave us lovely pillows for extra comfort.. we also tried the sleep match beds which were helpful. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

This is the second visit and purchase at the Dreams bed store in Bournemouth. Siobhan greeted me, and when I told her my needs, I used the auto mattress to find my best mattress for my sleep pattern. I was offered tea or coffee, which was nice, and after I had purchased a bed and mattress, I was told there was a good offer on bedding and pillows etc. I would recommend the Bournemouth store and Siobhan in particular for her being so helpful and welcoming.

Easy to order in store. Very helpful 👌 polite staff 👍 James and siobhan made us feel very welcome. Had a lovely cup of coffee ☕️. The mattress machine was good and gave us a good match. So we brought a new bed and mattress. Well done 👏 Bournemouth store. Would highly recommend 👌

Siobhan made the whole experience of picking and buying a new mattress really stress-free. We completed the Sleepmatch process and then had her expert help to narrow down which of the compatible options worked best for us. She was very helpful and informative, but not pushy and left us to try out and settle upon our final choice. The mattress options, prices (especially it being a bank holiday weekend) and service were all great.
