As always i am very satisfied with my nails. tilly is amazing and did gel extension with shellac just the way i wanted. she is friendly and chatty. i have used their service multiple times and never disappointed 😃 thank you once again!

Booked an appointment same afternoon having never been before. i don't live here anymore and usually do my own nails at home but ran out of time so opted for a fresh set. i qualified as a nail tech over 20 yrs ago but only to do my own nails. i'm pleased with the end result but have to admit the techniques used perhaps aren't as we would be taught in this country for nail techs. i initially wanted gel nails but agreed to have acrylic powder in the end due to the result i wanted to achieve with the ombre colours. usual nail practices in the uk which weren't done here were things like full cuticle work prior to a new set, flooding of cuticles from gel top coat being applied too near the skin and allowing monomer (liquid) contact with skin. the application was very quick but i had 3 of them working on me at various points( 1.5 hrs to do, removal, new set with ombre fade using powder and nail art) and the hand painted design was just what i asked for, however communication was constantly needed and i had to be very very precise with my instructions. personally, i loved the end result but i could see how some people may have experienced abruptness and not got what they wanted. i had the benefit of knowing what should be done right and i'm very vocal along the way to ensure i got the result i wanted.
