Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Bournemouth

Had to have 3 eye tests as they had problems getting the right prescription and glasses were wrong. First 2 pairs had wrong prescriptions so got a refund . Ordered another 2 pairs and after waiting another 6 weeks I got them and again they had the wrong prescriptions which they did not check before giving them to me. They gave me distance lens glasses for reading and the other pair did not have reaction lenses as ordered . They do not know what they are doing . Got a full refund and went elsewhere . The same happened on my last visit 2 Years ago and again got a full refund . Will never go to Specsavers again .

Sabrina was really friendly and helpful. I've never needed glasses before today, so I was like a deer in the headlights when I was trying to pick a pair. She stayed with me and helped me make my choice which was really lovely of her. She did everything she could to make me feel more comfortable and I really appreciated it. Thanks Sabrina!

Barbie is a fantastic asset. She guided me to choosing the most suitable product for my needs and was friendly and professional throughout. Can't recommend her highly enough.

Myself & my partner came in today for appointments 30 minutes apart with the toddler in tow. The staff were exceptional at accommodating us and very understanding that we were balancing our appointment with childcare. We were seen promptly & efficiently and were given a great explanation of what glasses were available and what offers were running. Through work we have the ability to purchase gift vouchers of a sort (pick a perk/smart save) and it wasn’t the easiest of transactions (one for each of us) but Cher & Barbie were AMAZING. Patient, willing to sort it out with us and again very considerate of the fact we were doing a double appointment with the small one along for the right. Gold star customer service, truly cannot fault our experience today. I switched to this branch from a different provider a few years ago and honestly it’s proven to be a great decision.
