Excellent service. My initial eye exam was comprehensive and included an informative and very interesting explanation of all the tests and xrays. Since collecting my glasses I have been extremely happy with my prescription. I would also like to say thank you to Rachel the practice manager for the great after sales service. I stepped on my glasses by mistake and feared an expensive repair bill, but Rachel was able to do a first-rate repair job for me - within an hour or so. All-in-all great personable, caring service. A few quid more expensive perhaps than high street chains like spec savers but worth every penny.

I've been with Still & Bedford since before I can remember. They have always been incredibly attentive and thorough. I was nervous when the original owner retired, however, they've maintained their standards and continue to be a reliable provider of a valuable service.
