Excellent customer services from vision express in Bournemouth town centre. I called up for help as my son had broken his glasses. The member of staff was so helpful and arranged to order in replacement frames ASAP. I was told by the Bournemouth riverside branch that this solution wasn't possible so I was over the moon that the Bournemouth branch was so fantastically helpful. Thanks to the team there - I will always use your branch from now on.

I must tell my experience. I went to this store looking for a frame because I accidentally broke my old glasses. I was served by Mrs. Lindsay. Her ability to respond and solve was admirable but her kindness and treatment was extraordinary. I agreed to have an eye test on her recommendation. I was attended by Mrs. Jane (optometrist) and I must say that I greatly enjoyed her friendliness, kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. I received my new glasses in record time and at a very reasonable price. When you set foot in this store you discover that you are entering a world as it should be.

I always received such good service at this opticians. I had run out of contact lenses and hadn’t remembered I had paused my direct debit. The team at Vision Express pulled out all the stops to expedite some lenses to me as I need them to work. They arrived the very next day. Thank you so much for such great customer service.

Visited twice in the last 12 months whilst on a short break visiting Bournemouth. Was served each time by Lindsay Griffiths who I believe is the store manager. Each time she was brilliant. Very helpful, instant rapport, brilliant customer service. Just ordered new glasses today which will be delivered to my home branch in Gloucester, she explained everything thoroughly and I enjoyed the experience, despite initially having some apprehension about choosing glasses. I felt that Lindsay deserved a special mention. Thank you 😊
