I had my braces for almost 2 years and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The entire team (literally everyone!) was absolutely fantastic, very kind and professional. They took the time to explain the treatment plan and answer all my questions. Personally going to orthodontist was a daunting experience, but the staff (especially Deborah) went out of their way to make me feel at ease. I'm so grateful for their skillful work and clear communication that helped me feel comfortable and informed. Thanks to them I now have a straight and beautiful smile (transformation is remarkable!).

Recently finished my treatment for misaligned teeth. Just over two years of attending and I would definitely recommend. I had the fixed wire method and as long as you listen to the instructions of what to eat and how to care for your braces, you'll have no problems. The practice were very understanding when I had to cancel appointments due to work commitments (sometimes at very short notice) and they always tried to reschedule my cancelled appointments as close as possible to my original appointment date to minimise my overall length of treatment. Every appointment, Kalli was incredibly polite and always wanted to make sure I understood everything she had said. There was plenty of time to ask any questions as well. The whole team were just so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I felt that I was in safe hands during every appointment. I now have the clear retainers which are almost invisible and again, as long as you listen to the instructions of how to care for your retainers, you'll have no problems. All I can say to Kalli and the team is thank you for allowing me to feel confident smiling.

Over 18 months I had fixed braces for misaligned teeth. Every appointment I had with Deborah was wonderful. She took great care over treating my teeth (I have a bit of fear over dentists!). Every encounter, from receptionists to nurses, was always pleasant, efficient and kind. I am *delighted* with the results and look forward to their continued aftercare. Highly recommend!

My treatment involved almost 3 years of braces top (incognito) and bottom. As an older patient, whose teeth were misaligned for a long time, I am delighted with the outcome.
