Really needed our walls in the hall stairs and landing sorting. Our expectations were exceeded by a mile, really happy with the end results, wood work emasculate, small details look on point , tidy , and polite. Dining room next please !

Most unreliable painter ever experienced in over 20 years as property management director. Nick was unavailable end 2020 until better weather 2021. We agreed the price and work. NICK contacted scaffolding firms to get prices to work up to 4 storeys on two properties under 5 tenancies. On Good Friday 2021, Nick insisted I contact the scaffolder to fix a date after the council's summer scaffold restrictions, Nick said he was booked until July. 3 DAYS LATER & OVER THE BANK HOLIDAY, Nick refused to liaise with the scaffolders for a convenient date and said he was booked up til September. I have subsequently written to him several times requesting he books the work agreed in. Despite him emailing that he is still booking in new work, Nick is refusing to uphold our agreement. Total waste of time! Now we are forced to start from scratch to get new quotes by new companies for all the work. Tenants of five residential and commercial agreements are now also likely to complain under their terms of lease.

Brilliant service, friendly professional staff, always on time, delighted with the finish, excellent value for money. I would definitely use the company again and highly recommend them.
