This was my second purchase working with Anna Davey following a recommendation from my sister a few years ago and once again our transaction went through smoothly and I’m again a very happy customer. This was very far from a straightforward purchase (my fault), and we working to a very tight timeframe in order to beat the stamp duty holiday in June. She is/was very professional, responsive and flexible to my changing requirements, and she explained every step of the process.
