Mel was very professional, friendly, enthusiastic and showed real care & skill when grooming our senior boy, a 19 year old ginger tom. very pleasant to communicate with and tried her best to accommodate our needs. thoroughly recommended and we will definitely be using mel's services again.

The best groomer in town. my little dog actually wags her tail when she goes in to see mel. my dog is aways very well turned out and happy. mel is always very accommodating and does her best to fit us in although i know she is extremely busy!

My mothers elderly cat was severely matted & needed urgent care. he is very old and the matted fur so bad his movement was badly restricted. the vet wanted to shave him under sedation, but we was worried he might not recover and the risks were high. mel came to the rescue and did a brilliant job shaving the matted areas without the need for anything drastic . the cat is now looking fantastic and my mother is overjoyed. i cant thank mel enough for her careful skilful work and patience

I can not say enough positive things to truly express how much i love cats & dogs bournemouth. they always make room for appointments, and the communication is second to none. our beloved dog leaves looking tip top. she is quite a nervous dog when it comes to being groomed, but cats & dogs really spend the time being as gentle as they can and allowing for her nerves of clippers going near her face. i can't thank you enough!!
