Dogwood Grooming

I take my pet here every few months. she always comes out fresh and clean. waiting for her next pamper. staff very polite and kind

I brought my 13 month old medium-coat german shepherd in for his first groom today. cleo has done an amazing job at getting all of his undercoat out, trimming his fluffy belly and neatening up his matted back legs, despite all of his loud barking she was an absolute trooper! i'm so pleased with the job she has done and would recommend her to everybody. we got the extra conditioning for £5 which we will look into buying for bath-time at home as it has left his coat looking shiny and soft. also got 20% for being a first time customer! overall i'm very happy with the service.

Brought my bulldog in for a groom, she is very nervous whenever she goes somewhere new. 2nd time with at this groomers and they take extra special care of her. all the staff are very loving towards the animals especially katy. very pleased with the service.

I took my 13 week old puppy for his first puppy pamper and he absolutely loved it! the girls are so so friendly and relaxed and he came home so calm and happyp that i have already booked him in for his next one. honestly couldn’t recommend more, i have one happy pampered puppy!! :) :) :)

My dog had never been for grooming before or had her teeth cleaned so i booked her in for both. katy explained what she would be doing and if my dog wasn't too sure about the teeth she would stop at once so she wouldn't be getting too stressed out. my dog looked happy clean and noticably lighter in colour when i picked her up and hour later, she smelled lovely too. i've rebooked her for another try with the teeth clean in a few weeks as katy explained she didn't quite get as much plaque off as she'd have liked to as my dog was getting a bit fed up. i will definitely be taking her regularly now for pamper and teeth because katy was absolutely lovely with her. the lady that booked us in was also very polite and knowledgeable. it's been almost a week now and my dog still looks and smells gorgeous and is super soft. thank you team dogwood, see you all soon.
