My 5 stars are for Simon & Denise in the rental team. Both very professional and as a landlord great to work with. As landlords for over ten years you want to have confidence your properties will be let and to respectful tenants. These guys continue to find us tenants and always get back to you efficiently with any questions or queries. Simon particularly has been the best rental manager we have ever dealt with.

Simon Spofforth has found me tenants for all three rental properties I have purchased since 2020. He has given good advice on inspecting the properties in a friendly manner; been super-efficient and thorough with the credit checks and process, and kept me up to date with progress.
