I rented from Panorama for over three years and in all that time, I never had reason to complain. The deposit was put into TDS on the same day the tenancy was signed and returned very promptly at the end of the tenancy. All maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and properly. Any inspection they wanted to carry out was always done professionally, with notice, and Panorama went out of their way to accommodate my schedule always booking inspections on days that I could be there. All statutory and regulatory requirements were always met (EPC, Gas Safety Certificate, deposit protection information etc.). It's also great that check in and check out reports are done by an independent third party. All staff that I dealt with were friendly and efficient. Cannot recommend this lettings agent enough.

Twice now in 8 years the team at Panorama have found us great tenants in a very short time. Many thanks to you all for your help in doing all the difficult stuff involved in renting. I definitely recommend.

A rare find, an honest and helpful agency. I have moved 14 times since moving to Bournemouth 12 years ago and estate agents always seem out for themselves, including the agency I have moved onto from Panorama! Panorama are different, they always made me feel like they wanted the best for me and made every process as easy as they could. Anytime they had needed to pop in they were happy to work around my schedule. Peter was always happy to take a call and discuss anything with me at a moments notice. I dealt with Kate mostly for the admin bits and she has always been very helpful and friendly. If anyone is looking to let or rent a property, I will always suggest Panorama as the first port of call! They put customer service at the forefront and it shows in abundance! We have been under the care of Panorama for 3 years, we just wanted to say how efficient and good service we always received when contacting them with regards to a problem at our rented home. They always respected that it was our home Fiona the lady who came to do the inspections was always courteous and friendly and listened to any issues arising. Our landlord has sold our property on and thankfully we were able to stay. Again Panorama where helpful giving us relevant information when needed. We wish them onward future success.

My husband and I were lucky enough to use Panorama in finding tenants for our flat. We started to market just before Christmas thinking that we would probably have to wait until the new year, however, we were very pleased when 2 weeks later we had an agreement. This would certainly not have happened as quickly had both Kate and Simon not worked so hard...simply put; they were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble, their communication was superb and we were really pleased with their services. We would recommend Panorama Property Management wholeheartedly.
