I’ve been renting a property for a while now and it’s been top notch service couldn’t be any happier. especially tonight when i came home from work to find i’ve locked myself out and the keys are inside, maddy and jack couldn't of dealt with it any better. i was very upset to find they were closed and would have to pay a fortune for a lock smith but luckily there was a emergency out of hours number which i got through to straight away on a friday at 6pm, jack rung maddy and arranged for me to collect my keys at the office. honestly i’m so grateful and couldn’t thank them enough for sorting me out so short notice thank you whites of bournemouth for your incredible and caring service 10/10 would recommend!!

I would just like to say if you are thinking of looking for a company to handle your property needs look no further than whites of bournemouth. i was recommended them myself by another landlord and have been using there services for a number of years now. i can't speak highly enough of the service i have experienced from day one. a personal touch from lee initially whenever i have needed and the day to day contact with maddy who must be the most efficient individual i have come across. nothing is to much trouble for either of them but lee you have a real gem in your team! she always deals with any query efficiently and effectively and never leaves you feeling that you are unsure of if it 'is going to be done?' which is a rare thing nowdays i have found! claire,jack and the remainder of the team who i have met and dealt with briefly follow the same lead as the boss and his ever dependable maddy.
