We used sue hillier at genesis legal for the sale of one property and the purchase of another. from the very beginning when we were choosing a solicitor, sue stood out from the get go, and boy are we glad we went with her. her communication has been exemplary throughout the whole process, she kept us in the loop and any instructions on what we needed to do have always been clear and explained fully. we hit a fair few bumps in the road on both our sale and purchase, and sue worked tirelessly to resolve every issue that arose. she went above and beyond contacting everyone along the chain, keeping us all in the picture at all times. sue has helped us no end in keeping our heads up in what was an incredibly stressful time, we had no need to chase her or question her, we constantly had full trust that she really did have it all under control. we simply can’t put into words how much we owe to sue, her commitment and work ethic is second to none, she has been absolutely amazing, and we would not hesitate to use her again in the future, and highly recommend her to anyone.
